Service scope

The DriftWatch pilot reviews one promoted treatment, one location, and three agreed public entry paths on mobile and desktop. It provides timestamped evidence, up to three material reproducible issues, exact repair recommendations, and a prioritized repair order.

Not legal, medical, or compliance advice

DriftWatch does not provide legal advice, medical advice, or formal compliance certification. Customers remain responsible for their own legal, operational, and regulatory decisions.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the DriftWatch pilot is delivered within 24 hours after confirmed payment and receipt of the clinic name, promoted treatment, location, and public booking URL needed to begin the agreed review.

Refunds

If the completed review finds no material, reproducible issue within the agreed public-flow scope, the pilot fee will be refunded. A material, reproducible issue must be visible in public evidence and repeatable by another reviewer; aesthetic preferences alone do not qualify. Other refunds are not generally offered once work has started, except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the audit and deciding what changes to implement. DriftWatch does not guarantee conversion lift, revenue increase, or specific business outcomes.
