Service scope

The DriftWatch Trust Audit is a website and booking-path diagnostic. It identifies trust-related issues visible on public pages and provides a prioritized fix order.

Not legal, medical, or compliance advice

DriftWatch does not provide legal advice, medical advice, or formal compliance certification. Customers remain responsible for their own legal, operational, and regulatory decisions.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, the standard DriftWatch audit is delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment and receipt of the business website to review.

Refunds

Because DriftWatch is a fixed-fee diagnostic service that begins work shortly after purchase, refunds are generally not offered once work has started. If there is a billing problem or scope issue, contact DriftWatch directly.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the audit and deciding what changes to implement. DriftWatch does not guarantee conversion lift, revenue increase, or specific business outcomes.
